These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.operatorscollective.io and all services provided by OPERATORS (“we”, “us”, “OPERATORS”, or “the Company”).
By accessing our website, applying to join OPERATORS, engaging with our advisory services, or receiving investment deal flow, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the website or our services.

2. Our Services

OPERATORS provides three main categories of services:

A. Services for Founders

  • Board member search

  • Operator Board setup and management

  • Funding support

  • Startup advisory (“sparring”)

B. Services for Individuals

  • Application to join the OPERATORS collective

  • Matching to Boards or Operator Boards

  • Access to investment deal flow

C. Services for Corporates

  • Advisory on innovation strategy, governance, and venture collaboration

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any service at any time.

3. No Guarantees or Assumptions of Responsibility

OPERATORS does not guarantee:

  • Investment outcomes

  • Business results

  • Board appointments

  • Fundraising success

  • Customer acquisition

  • That every applicant will be matched to an opportunity

We provide access, expertise, and structured processes - but outcomes depend on external factors outside our control.

4. Qualification & Membership

When you apply to join the OPERATORS collective, we review:

  • Your professional background

  • Your skills and experience

  • Your availability and fit for relevant cases

We reserve the right to:

  • Accept or decline any applicant

  • Place applicants on a waiting list

  • Remove individuals from the collective if necessary

  • Decline participation in Boards, Operator Boards, or investment opportunities

There is no guarantee that accepted applicants will receive board roles, Operator Board roles, or investment opportunities.

5. Investment-Related Disclaimers

OPERATORS is not a financial advisor, broker, or investment management company.
Deal flow distributed to investors is informational only.

We do not:

  • Provide financial or legal advice

  • Recommend investments

  • Guarantee returns

  • Take responsibility for investor losses

All investment decisions are made solely by the investor.

Investors are responsible for conducting their own due diligence.

6. Advisory Services

Startup advisory (“sparring”) is delivered on a pay-by-the-hour basis unless otherwise agreed.
Advisory services:

  • Are confidential

  • Are non-binding recommendations

  • Do not replace legal, financial, or regulatory advice

7. Fees & Payment Terms

Where applicable:

  • Prices are stated excluding VAT unless otherwise noted

  • Services are invoiced according to the agreed terms

  • Payment must be made within 8 days of invoice

  • Late payments may incur interest according to Danish law

For Operator Board setups, board search, and other structured engagements, specific terms will apply through separate agreements.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all information received from founders, investors, and individuals with confidentiality.
However, we may share information internally within the OPERATORS team and with relevant third-party advisors strictly for the purpose of delivering our services.

9. Data Protection

All personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, aligned with GDPR and the Danish Data Protection Act.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, materials, frameworks, and processes on this website and within OPERATORS are protected by copyright. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce our materials without written permission.

11. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by Danish law:

  • OPERATORS is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from using our website, services, or investment deal flow.

  • We do not accept liability for decisions made based on our advisory or introductions.

  • We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or completeness of website content.

12. Third-Party Links & Integrations

Our website may contain links to other websites or tools (e.g., application forms, scheduling tools, analytics systems).
We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or performance of those sites.

13. Changes to These Terms

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denmark.
