  • CRM / application management tools Such as Pipedrive or Hubspot

  • Cloud hosting services

All processors operate under GDPR-compliant Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).

Deal flow distribution

If you sign up as an investor, we may send you relevant investment opportunities.
We do not share your personal data with founders unless you explicitly request an introduction.

No selling of personal data

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third parties.

5. Data Retention

We store personal data only for as long as necessary:

  • Application data: up to 24 months

  • Investor data: as long as you remain subscribed

  • Advisory communication: up to 12 months

  • Analytics data: as defined by GA4 (typically 14 months)

  • Legal records: 5 years (Danish accounting rules)

You can request deletion at any time (see Section 9).
