Joining the Collective is free. If you’re appointed to a board or OPERATOR Board, a €750 commitment fee applies to secure mutual commitment.

OPERATOR Criteria

Tick at least 2 of 6 criteria

We set clear criteria to ensure every Operator brings real-world depth and alignment in how we work. It’s how we maintain quality, trust, and meaningful value creation for founders and investors alike.

  • Maritime, supply chain, energy and/or ocean

  • Current or past documented participation. 

  • At least one recognized course or certification

  • Founded a startup or led the start of a new business area in a larger company

  • 7+ years’ depth in a specific field (e.g., robotics, IoT, coatings, AI).

  • 10+ years' experience in one or more areas (e.g. enterprise sales/partnerships, marketing, regulatory & compliance, strategy, operations, procurement)
