Operator Criteria (tick 2 of 6)
We set clear criteria to ensure every Operator brings real-world depth and alignment in how we work.
It’s how we maintain quality, trust, and meaningful value creation for founders and investors alike.

Maritime, supply chain, energy and/or ocean

Current or past documented participation.

At least one recognized course or certification

Founded a startup or led a new business area in a larger company
-
7+ years’ depth in a specific field (e.g., robotics, IoT, coatings, AI).

10+ years' experience in one or more areas (e.g. enterprise sales/partnerships, marketing, regulatory & compliance, strategy, operations, procurement)
